I own the global nevo.ai product line across mobile apps, connected-product cloud services, the TIDE Interop API and documentation, customer integrations, and Virtual Agent.

• Represent UEI's connected portfolio and QuickSet Cloud in Europe, with a focus on connected climate and HVAC.
• Shape onboarding, installation, and support journeys that use device context to give better answers and, where supported, take action on devices.
• Align device, firmware, cloud, mobile, QA, support, sales, and commercial teams around priorities and releases.

I owned product vision and delivery for nevo.ai Assistant, My Nevo, Nevo Butler, and Virtual Agent.

• Developed onboarding, troubleshooting, self-service support, and handoff journeys across TV, mobile, and web.
• Expanded partner integrations through APIs, SDKs, and QuickSet Cloud.
• Led the launch of My Nevo.

I managed roadmaps for thermostats, sensors, gateways, and smart remotes, including Alexa and Google integrations and simpler partner onboarding.

I managed go-to-market work for EMEAI and supported operator opportunities.

I brought cloud TV services to market and managed delivery of DRM and network-PVR services.

• Worked with engineering, customers, and commercial teams to define and launch video products.
• Turned technical platform work into product requirements and customer delivery plans.

I supervised international sales support and improved follow-up against service-level agreements.
